In line with Government legislation, the safety and wellbeing of our guests, staff and wider community, we advise that all public amenities on our Park are now closed.
To those who have a holiday booked between 23rd March to the 30th June will be contacted by us in the coming days. We anticipate a high volume of calls at this time, if you are unable to get through please be mindful. In light of these uncertain times if you have no travel insurance, please let us know and we will endeavour to pass your deposit/booking forward in the year subject to availability.
We will not be making any administration charges for such a move. You may however be required to make further payment in regard to the cost of the new holiday, if priced differently to your original booking. We would confirm this with you at a future date. For any bookings after 31st May, 2020 our standard terms and conditions apply.
We would respectfully request that any visitors displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or living with family members displaying symptoms remain home, and move your booking to a future date.
Please note if you do become unwell whilst staying on any of our Park, please call NHS 111 or go online at 111.nhs.uk. We would also ask that you inform your Park reception by telephone and to return to your main domicile without delay.
