The site is entered from the A478 Narberth to Kilgetty road.
The drive has a moderate upward gradient and is constructed of concrete, with a low speed ramp at the top of the gradient.
At the end of the driveway is a large tarmac parking area, were the park reception is situated.
The reception is approached by a slight concrete ramp.
The site has 10 touring caravan pitches and 28 static caravan pitches.
All pitches are hard standings, constructed of small granite stone.
The park is divided into 4 sections, with a large distance between each pitch, giving sufficient space for a car to be parked by each pitch.
A toilet/laundry block is situated at the parking area, with male & female toilets. There is a ramp and a three inch step into the main toilet and shower areas at the front of the toilet block with two further family toilet/showers and a laundry area situated at the back of the block, accessed via a level walkway.
The road to the rest of the park is of hardcore construction and has a downward gradient from the parking area, with several low speed ramps.
Another male & female toilet/shower block is situated at the far end of the park, and is entered via steps.
There is a dog walking area situated at the lower end of the park, and dogs are not allowed to be on the park without a lead.
There is good coverage of Vodafone, O2 and EE phone networks.

The reception is approached by a slight concrete ramp.
There is a flag path from the reception along the front of the cottages.
The entrance to the cottages is via a slight up inclined concrete ramp to the front doors. The doors are numbered with raised numbers.
There are two cottages, which are a mirror image in layout and equal in size.
The main door into the cottage is 2’ 9” (830 mm) wide with a small weather stop at floor level.
The entrance hallway has a tiled floor with carpet mat.
The floors are level throughout.
All internal doors are 2’ 3” (680 mm) wide.
The shower room has a tiled floor.
The shower room/toilet are one room with limited free space.
The living room has a TV with digital freeview television and radio channels. There is a remote control for the TV.
Off the living room is a glazed conservatory, down a 2” step, with tiled floor and separate door to wood decking area with wooden fence surround.
The lawned garden is reached via three 8” steps.
One bedroom is entered from the hallway and one is entered from the living room.
All the rooms have ample natural light.
There is good colour contrast to all floors, walls and doorways.
The cottages are not wheelchair friendly.
Service dogs are welcome.
